This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to orders placed through this website with SXYBTCH WINES LIMITED.

1. Contact Us First

If you need to return an item, report a damaged delivery, or request a refund, please contact us first at:

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged packaging and/or products where possible.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.

3. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Returned items must be unopened, unused, in resaleable condition, and returned in their original packaging where possible.

4. Return Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as you are responsible for the goods until they are received back safely.

5. Refunds

Refunds will usually be made to the original payment method.

Where a return is accepted, we will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back.

We may make a deduction if returned goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them, or if they are returned damaged or incomplete.

6. Delivery Charges

Where you cancel an order in accordance with your consumer rights, we will refund the standard delivery charge paid for the original order, where applicable.

Additional delivery charges for premium or expedited delivery services may not be refunded beyond the cost of standard delivery.

7. Failed Delivery or Age Verification

As we sell alcohol, deliveries may require proof of age and/or an adult signature.

If delivery cannot be completed because age verification is not passed, no adult is available to accept the delivery, or incorrect delivery information has been supplied, additional delivery or return charges may apply.

8. Fulfilment Partner

Orders may be processed and fulfilled by our fulfilment partner, Liberty Wines, or another appointed fulfilment provider.

Any returns, refunds, replacements, or damaged delivery claims should still be raised with SXYBTCH WINES LIMITED in the first instance using the contact details above.

9. This Policy Does Not Affect Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
