Returns
Please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the damage.
Unopened items may be returned in line with your statutory rights, provided they are unused and in resaleable condition.
If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will advise on the return process. For change of mind returns, return postage is usually the customer’s responsibility.
