Deliveries containing alcohol may require an adult signature and proof of age upon delivery.
If delivery cannot be completed due to failed age verification or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional delivery charges may apply.

Responsibility for products passes to the customer upon delivery.
Ownership of goods transfers once full payment has been received.
8. Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@sexybitchwines.com.
We may request photographs or additional information in order to assess the issue.
Refunds or replacements are provided at our discretion where products are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
Due to the nature of the products sold, unopened products may only be returned by prior agreement.
